Mom always dreamed of sharing great tasting Indian food with everyone. As a dietitian, she consulted for some big names in the industry…she knew she could do it better. |
One day, Mom & Dad quit their jobs to start making samosas. “We only make dishes we’d eat at home everyday, that’s why we use only the best, all natural ingredients; it just makes for better tasting food” – Anis Jiwani (aka Mom) |
It all started with samosas in a tiny 3000 square foot plant in Sherwood Park, AB. In 2000 no one really knew what samosas were, but once they tried ours they were hooked. We quickly expanded then expanded again. |
Now, we are in a 100,000 sqft plant with a growing line up of Indian inspired dishes available across North America. |
All our products are fully prepared in our own Alberta based facility. All our dishes go from raw ingredients to frozen product as soon as they're cooked, to seal in the freshness of every dish. |
Our fully automated facility has with the highest quality and food safety standards. Our in-house quality managers monitor every single step of the manufacturing process – from the moment raw ingredients enter the plant to the final product. |
